WASHINGTON MANOR neighborhood consists of a large tract of homes for the most part buily between 1948 to 1957 these range between 821 to 1440 square feet in size. The area was unincorporated until the 1960s when San Leandro extended its city limits to include Washington Manor. Borders are Interstate 880 in the east, Purdue to the north, San Lorenzo to the south and to the west, Wicks Boulevard. (not all parts of the Manor sales Represented here).
